With Honolulu so close, it's hard to compete for attractions, but Waikiki does a fine job nonetheless. Watch seals, turtles, sharks and schools of flamboyant fish flash past in front of you at the Waikiki Aquarium before visiting the big mammals housed in the Honolulu Zoo close by.
